Booking & Payments Included
Online appointment or consultation booking is configured for up to 6 booking services. Online payment or deposit collection is configured through an eligible Wix-supported payment solution selected by the Client, subject to provider availability, account approval and country eligibility. Payment processor fees and third-party charges are paid by the Client.
Professional Content Writing Included
WIX SOLUTIONS can write, edit and structure professional website copy from the factual business information supplied by the Client. The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of services, prices, qualifications, claims and other factual information.
SEO-Friendly Setup Included
Initial SEO setup includes page titles, meta descriptions, search-friendly URLs, heading structure, image alt text, internal linking, sitemap and indexing settings. Search rankings, traffic, enquiries, bookings and sales are not guaranteed.
Communication & Design Process
One initial online meeting is included. Project communication is primarily by email and WhatsApp messages. WIX SOLUTIONS can prepare up to 3 Home Page design concepts. The package includes 1 round of minor revisions after completion.
Wix Plan, Domain & Third-Party Costs
The Wix plan, domain, business email, payment-processing charges, paid apps, paid plugins, licences and other third-party costs are not included in the £499 project price and are paid by the Client separately.
Scope
This is an Advanced service website with booking and payment functionality. A full ecommerce product store is not included unless an Advanced + Ecommerce project is separately purchased or agreed.
Ownership
After completion, full payment and payment of any approved additional work, ownership of the completed website is transferred to the Client's Wix account with no additional ownership-transfer fee, subject to the Service Agreement and third-party intellectual-property exclusions.

Design Process
One initial online meeting is included. Up to 3 Home Page design concepts can be prepared. The selected concept becomes the design direction for the remaining website.
Revisions
1 round of minor revisions is included after completion. Major structural changes, extra pages, additional systems or redesigns are additional work.
Client Content and Information
The Client supplies accurate business information, services, prices where relevant, qualifications, branding, photographs, testimonials and other factual material required for the project.
Wix Plan & Additional Costs
The Wix plan, domain, business email, payment-processing fees, paid apps, paid plugins, licences and third-party services are paid by the Client separately.
Website Ownership Transfer
After completion and full payment, the website can be transferred to the Client's Wix account. Standard ownership transfer is included at no additional charge, subject to the Service Agreement.
Additional Work
Extra pages, more than 6 booking services, ecommerce, additional integrations, custom coding, advanced SEO, additional meetings or substantial changes are quoted separately.
