Sponsored Project Terms

1. Business-to-Business Service

This service is supplied on a business-to-business basis.

By purchasing the service, the client confirms that the website is being purchased wholly or mainly for business, trade, professional or commercial purposes.

2. Sponsored Package Scope

The sponsored price applies only to the pages, content and services specifically listed in this product description.

The sponsored element applies to the website design and content work provided by Wix Solutions. It does not cover the Wix plan, domain, paid applications, third-party subscriptions or other external charges.

The package cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another business or applied to a different project without written agreement from Wix Solutions.

3. Website Ownership Transfer

A blank Wix Studio website will be created and transferred to the client after the service has been purchased.

The client must accept the ownership transfer invitation.

The client becomes responsible for the Wix account, website subscription, domain, business information, payments and future account management.

Wix Solutions may remain added to the website as an Admin or Co-Owner while the project is being completed and for any separately requested support.

The client may remove Wix Solutions’ access after the agreed work has been completed. Removing access earlier may prevent the project from being completed.

4. Client Materials and Instructions

The client must provide accurate information, content notes, images, branding materials and approvals within a reasonable time.

The client confirms that they have permission a utilizar all logos, photographs, text, trademarks and other materials supplied to Wix Solutions.

Wix Solutions is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy or ownership disputes relating to materials supplied or approved by the client.

5. Client Approval

The client must review the website before publication.

Approval includes checking:

• Business information

• Contact details

• Service descriptions

• Prices

• Links

• Images

• Spelling

• Legal information

• Data protection information

• Cookie information

• Mobile presentation

The website may be considered approved when the client confirms approval in writing or instructs Wix Solutions to publish it.

6. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable corrections to the agreed content and design may be completed during the project.

The package does not include unlimited revisions, repeated changes of direction or replacement of the agreed website structure.

Additional pages, substantial redesigns, new functionality or work requested outside the original scope may be charged separately.

7. Project Delays

The project schedule depends on the client providing information, materials, access and approvals on time.

Delays caused by missing information, late responses, failure to accept the ownership transfer, failure to purchase the recommended Wix plan or changes to the original instructions may delay completion.

Wix Solutions may pause and reschedule the project until the required information or access is available.

8. Client Changes During Development

The client should not make substantial changes to the website while Wix Solutions is actively designing it unless this has been agreed in advance.

Uncoordinated changes may damage the layout, overwrite completed work or require additional time to correct.

Work required to repair client-made changes may fall outside the sponsored package.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

This is a customised professional website service.

Once project administration, website creation, ownership transfer, planning, content writing or design work has started, refunds are not automatic.

Where a cancellation is accepted, any refund will be considered after deducting the value of work already completed, reasonable costs already incurred and any non-recoverable expenses.

No refund is normally available for work that has already been completed, approved or delivered, except where required by law or where Wix Solutions has failed to provide the agreed service.

Nothing in these terms removes any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Third-Party Wix Services

Wix is an independent third-party platform.

Wix Solutions does not control Wix pricing, subscription renewals, platform availability, feature changes, account decisions, payment processing or technical interruptions.

The client is responsible for reviewing and accepting Wix’s own terms before purchasing a plan, domain or other Wix service.

11. SEO and Business Results

Wix Solutions does not guarantee:

• Google rankings

• Search engine indexing

• Website traffic

• Enquiries

• Leads

• Sales

• Revenue

• Business growth

• Approval by a search engine or third-party platform

Results depend on many factors outside the control of Wix Solutions.

12. Completion of the Project

The project is considered complete when the pages and included services described in this package have been delivered and the agreed corrections have been completed.

Ongoing updates, maintenance, SEO, technical support and future changes are not included unless purchased separately.

Work will begin only after the client has followed the ownership-transfer process, received the designer’s instructions, purchased the correct Wix plan and supplied the essential project information.

After you purchase this service, Wix Solutions will create a blank Wix Studio project and transfer its ownership to you.

You must accept the ownership transfer invitation and add the project to your Wix account.

The blank project will become the place where your new website is designed and developed.

Wix Solutions must remain added to the website with the required website-management permissions while the project is being completed. Removing our access before the project is finished may prevent us from continuing the work.

The design process will begin after:

• The website ownership transfer has been accepted
• The recommended Wix plan has been purchased
• The domain has been purchased or connected as instructed
• The required business information has been provided
• The cliente’s content draft and available materials have been received

Wix Solutions will write, organise and prepare the website content.

The cliente must provide a general draft, notes or basic information about the business. The information does not need to be professionally written.

The cliente should provide:

• Business name
• Business description
• Contact details
• Information about the services
• Service areas or business locations
• A general content draft or notes
• Logo, if available
• Suitable photographs, if available
• Relevant company and legal information
• Social media links, where applicable
• Any special instructions that should be considered

Wix Solutions will use this information to create clear, structured and profesional website content.

The cliente is responsible for checking and approving the final content. This includes business information, prices, services, contact details, claims, legal details and other information presented on the website.

The website will have a clean, modern and minimalistic appearance.

The design will focus on:

• Clear presentation of the business
• Simple and profesional navigation
• Consistent page layouts
• Easy access to services and contact information
• A profesional and trustworthy appearance
• Responsive presentation across desktop, tablet and mobile devices

The final design will be based on the information, branding and materials supplied by the cliente.

This is a classic sponsored website package. It does not include unlimited design concepts, unlimited redesigns or a complete change of design direction after work has started.

Basic on-page SEO is included.

This may include:

• Page titles
• Meta descriptions
• Search-friendly page URLs

Basic SEO prepares the website for motors de búsqueda. It does not guarantee indexación, traffic, enquiries, sales or a particular position on Google or another motor de búsqueda.

The project includes a basic Website Regulations page covering data protection and cookies.

The content will be prepared using the business information provided by the cliente. Wix Solutions does not provide regulated legal advice.

The cliente is responsible for checking that the regulations, privacy information, cookie information and other legal content are suitable for their business, industry, location and data-processing activities.

Where necessary, the cliente should obtain advice from a qualified legal profesional.

The cliente must purchase:

• The minimum annual Wix plan recommended by Wix Solutions
• A domain purchased through Wix, unless another domain arrangement is agreed

These items are purchased separately and paid for directly by the cliente through Wix.

Wix pricing, renewal charges, domain charges, taxes and future subscription costs are controlled by Wix and may change independently of Wix Solutions.

The sponsored website service does not include:

• Wix plan fees
• Domain registration fees
• Domain renewal fees
• Business email fees
• Paid Wix apps
• Third-party app fees
• Payment-processing fees
• Other subscriptions or external services
