WEBSITE DESIGN FOR INFLUENCERS

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT — WIX SOLUTIONS

1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SERVICE

This service is supplied on a business-to-business basis for influencers, content creators, digital creators, social-media personalities and creator-led personal brands. By purchasing, the Client confirms that the service is for business or professional use and that the purchaser has authority to enter into this Agreement.

2. SERVICE TYPE AND PROJECT PRICE

This is a Classic Website Design Service with a standard Economy project price of £399. It is designed for influencers who need a professional brand website, media presence, collaboration information, portfolio content, Wix Blog and a direct route for brand enquiries without a booking system, paid plans or ecommerce store.

3. ECONOMY PROJECT AND AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOW

This is a fixed-scope Economy website project. WIX SOLUTIONS may use professional and AI-assisted tools for research support, drafting, content structuring, design ideation, image support and production efficiency. WIX SOLUTIONS remains responsible for professional assembly, editing, configuration and final project work within the agreed scope.

4. PROJECT START

Project-specific work normally begins after cleared payment and receipt of sufficient Client information, branding, photographs, social-media links, collaboration information and other required materials.

5. WEBSITE STRUCTURE

This service includes exactly 8 pages or page types: Home — Static Page; About — Static Page; Work With Me — Static Page; Brand Collaborations — Static Page; Portfolio & Media — Static Page; Blog — Wix Blog Default Dynamic Page; Contact — Static Page; Privacy & Cookie Information — Static Page. Equivalent page names may be adjusted where appropriate without increasing the included scope.

6. INFLUENCER AND CREATOR FEATURES

The website includes a professional creator homepage, personal-brand presentation, brand-collaboration information, portfolio or media showcase, social-media links, a collaboration enquiry form, Wix Blog and SEO-friendly structure. The project is intended to help brands, agencies and potential partners understand the Client's audience, niche, services and collaboration opportunities.

7. SOCIAL MEDIA AND EXTERNAL PLATFORMS

The website can link to the Client's relevant social-media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest or other platforms. WIX SOLUTIONS does not control those external platforms and is not responsible for account restrictions, algorithm changes, outages, follower growth or platform policies.

8. WIX BLOG

Wix Blog and its default dynamic Blog page are included. The Client can use the Blog for creator updates, campaign stories, lifestyle articles, product features, travel content and SEO-supporting articles. Ongoing blog writing after handover is not included unless separately purchased or agreed.

9. CONTENT WRITING

Professional website content writing and editing are included based on factual information supplied by the Client. The Client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of audience statistics, brand claims, previous collaboration statements, testimonials, rates, achievements and other factual information.

10. CLIENT MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Client confirms that they have the right to use all supplied photographs, logos, videos, screenshots, campaign materials, testimonials, trademarks and other content. The Client is responsible for ensuring that third-party brand assets and campaign materials may lawfully be displayed.

11. DESIGN PROCESS

The package includes one initial online meeting. WIX SOLUTIONS may prepare up to three Home Page design concepts or mock-ups. The Client selects one direction, which forms the visual basis of the remaining website. Ongoing project communication is primarily by email and WhatsApp messages.

12. REVISIONS

The package includes one round of minor revisions following completion. Major structural changes, redesigns, extra pages, new systems or substantial changes are additional work.

13. SEO

Initial SEO setup may include page titles, meta descriptions, search-friendly URLs, heading structure, image alt text, internal linking, sitemap and indexing settings. WIX SOLUTIONS does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, brand deals, sponsorships, sales or revenue.

14. LEGAL AND ADVERTISING RESPONSIBILITY

Where included, WIX SOLUTIONS may prepare basic Data Protection / Privacy and Cookie policy content delivered through the site's dynamic LEGAL item page system based on Client information and website configuration. WIX SOLUTIONS is not acting as the Client's solicitor, advertising-compliance adviser or regulatory adviser. The Client remains responsible for advertising disclosures, sponsored-content rules, affiliate disclosures, claims, endorsements, competition rules and other legal obligations applicable to the Client's content and commercial partnerships.

15. WIX PLAN, DOMAIN AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS

The £399 project price does not include the Client's Wix plan, domain registration, business email, paid apps, paid plugins, external subscriptions, licences, stock media or other third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise. These are paid by the Client separately.

16. EXCLUDED ADVANCED FUNCTIONALITY

This Classic Website does not include online booking, paid plans, courses, memberships, payment processing, ecommerce product-store functionality or custom web applications. If these functions are required, the project must be upgraded or separately quoted as an Advanced or Advanced + Ecommerce project.

17. ADDITIONAL WORK

Extra pages, advanced media databases, membership systems, booking, ecommerce, digital products, courses, paid plans, custom coding, advanced integrations, additional meetings, advanced SEO or substantial redesigns are additional work and may be quoted separately.

18. OWNERSHIP AND HANDOVER

After completion, full payment and payment of any approved additional charges, WIX SOLUTIONS will transfer ownership of the completed website to the Client's Wix account without an additional website-ownership or transfer fee. Third-party software, apps, licensed content and WIX SOLUTIONS' pre-existing reusable systems, methods, templates, know-how and code are not transferred as exclusive intellectual property.

19. DESIGNER CREDIT

Where required by the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS general terms or product listing, the website may include a visible Website Design by WIX SOLUTIONS credit and link. Any removal or buyout arrangement must be agreed separately in writing.

20. AFTER HANDOVER

After handover, the Client is responsible for ongoing subscriptions, domain renewals, social-media links, blog content, portfolio updates, business information, legal compliance and changes made by the Client or third parties unless a separate maintenance service is purchased.

21. PORTFOLIO USE

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WIX SOLUTIONS may display screenshots, links and non-confidential references to completed work in its portfolio, marketing and professional materials.

22. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for social-media outages, platform changes, discontinued third-party applications, external service failures or changes outside its reasonable control. Additional work caused by later third-party changes may be separately chargeable.

23. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Because this is a personalised professional service, once Client-specific work has started, payment is non-refundable where the Client changes their mind, cancels, stops responding, changes business plans or chooses another provider, subject always to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply.

25. FINAL ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing this service, the Client confirms acceptance of the £399 Classic Website package, exact 8-page/page-type structure including Wix Blog, one initial meeting, three Home Page concepts, one minor revision round, separate Wix/domain/third-party costs, SEO limitations, ownership provisions and these Product-Specific Terms.
