Specialist legal, medical, financial, technical or regulated-industry copywriting is not included unless agreed separately.

The objective is to create a professional church consultancy / nonprofit advisory website, rather than the visual style of a traditional charity fundraising website.

At the beginning of the project, we will arrange one online meeting to discuss your organisation, services, target audience and preferred website direction.

We will then create three Home Page design concepts / mock-ups.

The client will choose one preferred design direction. This selected concept will form the visual foundation for the rest of the website.

Communication throughout the project will primarily take place by email.

The package includes:

One round of minor revisions following completion of the website.

Minor revisions may include small text corrections, minor layout adjustments or replacement of supplied images.

Major structural changes, additional pages, new functionality, redesign requests or substantial changes to the approved design are not included and will be treated as additional work.

The client is responsible for supplying sufficient information about the business, services, projects, team members, organisation and any other information required to create the website.

Where available, the client should also provide photographs, logos, branding materials, testimonials and other relevant business assets.

If an existing website is available, Wix Solutions may use that website as a reference for preparing and restructuring the new content.

Basic copywriting and improvement of client-supplied content is included within this package at no additional charge.

Once the project has been completed and all agreed payment obligations have been fulfilled, the website can be transferred to the client's Wix account.

The standard website ownership transfer is included at no additional charge where the client agrees to retain the following website credit in the footer:

Once the agreed website project has been completed, any additional requests including new pages, additional CMS entries, extra booking services, additional integrations, advanced SEO, new functionality or substantial design changes will be treated as additional work.

Website Design for Church Fundraising Consultants – Short Service Terms

This service is provided by WIX SOLUTIONS on a business-to-business basis only and is intended for church fundraising consultants, stewardship consultants, nonprofit fundraising advisers, capital campaign consultants and similar professional organisations.

By purchasing this service, the Client confirms that they are purchasing for business or professional purposes, have authority to enter into the agreement and accept these Product-Specific Terms together with the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS general terms.

Project Price: £799 unless another price is shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Full payment is required in advance.

The project will normally begin within 24 hours of cleared payment. This means commencement of planning, design, content, CMS setup or development, not completion of the whole website.

Once Client-specific work has started, the payment is generally non-refundable if the Client changes their mind, cancels, stops responding or chooses another provider, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The website may be created using Wix Studio or Wix Professional Editor, depending on the project requirements.

Basic content writing is included at no additional charge. The Client must provide accurate information about their business, services, team, projects and organisation. If the Client already has an existing website, WIX SOLUTIONS may use its content as a guide and may rewrite, improve, modernise or restructure that content.

The Client remains responsible for checking and approving all factual, professional, financial, fundraising and organisational information before publication.

The package does not include unlimited revisions, additional pages, additional CMS entries, custom coding, advanced integrations, ongoing SEO, ongoing maintenance or work outside the stated scope. Extra work may be quoted separately.

Wix Premium plans, domains, business email, paid apps, payment-processing fees and third-party subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated.

The Client must provide all required information, images, logos, project details and other materials and confirms that they have permission to use and publish them.

WIX SOLUTIONS may use suitable stock or AI-generated imagery where appropriate, but such imagery will not knowingly be presented as genuine Client projects, staff or campaign results where doing so would be misleading.

The website is designed with reasonable accessibility and SEO considerations, but WIX SOLUTIONS does not guarantee legal accessibility certification, specific Google rankings, website traffic, enquiries, fundraising results, bookings, contracts or commercial outcomes.

Once the project is completed and all agreed payments are made, ownership of the completed Wix website may be transferred to the Client's Wix account.

The standard ownership transfer is included on the condition that the website retains a visible footer credit:

After handover, WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for problems caused by changes made by the Client, another designer, agency, developer, app, third-party system or future platform changes.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.
