It's preferable for keywords to differ from those already used, though repetitions are acceptable.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of SEO services (“Services”) by Agata Business Services (“Service Provider”) via www.agatabusiness.com.
By purchasing this service, the client (“Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
The Service Provider delivers professional SEO services under the plan “ON-PAGE SEO | 100 HTML PER MONTH | 6-MONTH PLAN.”
The service includes website optimisation, keyword research, content optimisation, competitor analysis, and the implementation of advanced SEO techniques, including structured data (JSON-LD).
The service provides 100 HTML SEO implementations per month, delivered continuously over a six-month service period, resulting in up to 600 HTML-based SEO implementations across the contract term.
Services are delivered on a rolling basis during the six-month period.
3. Payment
The full service fee is £679, payable in full upfront at the time of purchase.
This is a one-time payment for a fixed six-month SEO service contract.
No subscriptions, instalments, or recurring payments apply.
4. Service Term
The contract term is six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Following payment, the Client will be contacted by an SEO specialist and must provide the required access (including Wix administrator access) to enable service delivery.
Failure to provide access does not pause or extend the contract period.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This is a digital professional service that begins immediately upon purchase.
Once the service has started, the contract cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued, except where required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
If the Client expressly agrees to immediate service commencement at checkout, they waive their statutory 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with UK law.
No refunds are provided for partial delivery, unused time, or change of mind.
6. Intellectual Property
All SEO work, technical implementations, and optimisation structures remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider until full delivery of the contracted service period.
The Client is granted full usage rights for their website once services have been delivered.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider does not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. SEO is affected by multiple external factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.
The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9. Acceptance
By completing checkout and making payment, the Client legally agrees to these Terms.
No physical signature is required.
10. Modifications
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms.
The Terms applicable at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
