Terms and Conditions for

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of digital SEO services (“Services”) by Agata Business Services (“Service Provider”) through the website www.agatabusiness.com.
By purchasing this Service, the Client (“Client”) confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
The Service Provider supplies professional SEO services under the package “ON-PAGE SEO | 250 HTML PER MONTH | 6-MONTH SERVICE”, which includes but is not limited to:

3. Payment Terms

The full amount must be paid at the time of order. No instalments, subscriptions, payment plans, deferred payments, or partial payments are offered or accepted.
Once payment is completed, the Service Provider schedules and begins delivery of the SEO work.
4. Service Duration
The Service is delivered over a fixed 6-month period starting from the date the Client provides the required website access and onboarding information.
Upon purchase, the Client will be contacted and asked to provide administrator access to their Wix website in order to begin service delivery.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
This is a digital service contract for customised professional work.
Once the service has begun:

No partial refunds are available
This complies with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to digital services once performance has begun with the consumer’s consent.

“I request immediate performance of the digital SEO service and acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel once the service has started.”
