1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of SEO services (“Services”) by Wix Solutions (“Service Provider”) via www.wixsolutions.co.uk
By purchasing this service, the client (“Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
The Service Provider delivers professional SEO services under the plan “ON-PAGE SEO | 170 HTML PER MONTH | 6-MONTH SEO MAINTAIN SERVICE | 17 PAGES PER MONTH”
The service includes keyword research, content optimisation, competitor analysis, and the implementation of advanced SEO techniques, including structured data (JSON-LD).
The service provides 170 HTML SEO implementations per month, delivered continuously over a six-month service period, resulting in up to 1,020 HTML-based SEO implementations across the contract term.
Services are delivered on a rolling basis throughout the six-month period.
3. Payment
The full service fee is £900, payable in full upfront at the time of purchase.
This is a one-time payment for a fixed six-month SEO service contract.
No subscriptions, instalments, or recurring payments apply.
4. Service Term
The contract term is six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Following payment, the Client will be contacted by an SEO specialist and must provide the required access (including Wix administrator access) to enable service delivery.
Failure to provide access does not pause or extend the contract period.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
This is a digital professional service that begins immediately upon purchase.
Once the service has started, the contract cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued, except where required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
If the Client agrees to immediate service commencement at checkout, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period is waived in accordance with UK law.
No refunds are provided for partial delivery, unused time, or change of mind.
6. Intellectual Property
All SEO implementations, code, optimisation structures, and technical work remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider until the service period has been completed.
The Client is granted full usage rights for their website upon completion of the contracted service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue results. SEO performance depends on multiple external factors beyond the Service Provider’s control.
The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9. Acceptance
By completing checkout and submitting payment, the Client enters into a legally binding agreement under these Terms.
No physical signature is required.
10. Modifications
The Service Provider may update these Terms.
The version in force at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
