It's preferable for keywords to differ from those already used, though repetitions are acceptable.

1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of SEO services by Wix Solutions through www.wixsolutions.co.uk.
By purchasing this Service, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. Business Customers Only
This Service is available only to business customers (B2B).
By placing an order, the Client confirms that the Service is purchased for business purposes and not as a consumer purchase.
3. Service
The package includes professional on-page SEO delivered over a fixed 6-month period.
Services may include:
- keyword research
- competitor analysis
- on-page SEO
- technical SEO
- structured data (JSON-LD)
- optimisation of up to 25 pages per month
- optimisation of up to 250 HTML elements per month
- content optimisation
- indexing and visibility improvements
The exact work completed each month depends on the website, business goals and technical requirements.
SEO results cannot be guaranteed.
4. Payment
Price: £1,675
Payment is made once in advance before work begins.
No subscriptions, instalments or monthly payment plans are available.
5. Service Commencement
The Service begins once:
- payment has been received;
- required website access has been provided; and
- onboarding information has been supplied.
Research, planning, scheduling and preparation are considered part of the Service.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide:
- website administrator access;
- required business information;
- approvals where requested; and
- cooperation necessary to complete the Service.
Delays caused by the Client do not extend the Service unless agreed by Wix Solutions.
7. Cancellation
This is a customised professional Business-to-Business (B2B) SEO service.
Once payment has been received and the Service has commenced:
- the order cannot be cancelled;
- no cooling-off period applies;
- change of mind does not create a cancellation right.
Discounted, promotional or sponsored purchases are also non-cancellable.
8. Refund Policy
Once the Service has commenced:
- payments are non-refundable;
- partial refunds are not available;
- unused monthly work cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
A refund will only be considered where required by applicable law or where Wix Solutions is unable to provide the contracted Service.
9. Service Pause
At its discretion, Wix Solutions may agree to temporarily pause the Service.
A pause:
- does not cancel the contract;
- does not extend refund rights;
- does not transfer the Service to another website;
- does not guarantee immediate resumption.
10. SEO Disclaimer
Search engine rankings depend on many external factors, including search engine algorithms, competition and website quality.
Wix Solutions does not guarantee:
- first-page rankings;
- specific keyword positions;
- traffic increases;
- enquiries or sales;
- indexing of every page;
- visibility within AI search systems.
The Service is provided using reasonable care, skill and current SEO best practices.
11. Website Changes
The Client should not make significant SEO or structural website changes during the Service without informing Wix Solutions.
Wix Solutions is not responsible for ranking losses caused by changes made by the Client or third parties.
12. Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of their website and content.
Wix Solutions retains ownership of its SEO methods, systems, templates, documentation and internal processes.
13. Liability
Wix Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of rankings or loss of business opportunities arising from factors outside its reasonable control.
The total liability of Wix Solutions shall not exceed the amount paid for this Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
