Economy Website Design Process

This is a custom website built from scratch specifically for the Client, not a pre-made template. The Client provides one example website as visual inspiration. WIX SOLUTIONS designs 3 original Home Page mockups based on that example and the Client brief; the Client selects one. Economy projects have limited design changes and controlled scope. Communication is mainly by email, with a 30-minute Zoom call to start and another 30-minute Zoom call at completion. The Client may email one consolidated list of minor corrections, once. A 30-day workmanship guarantee covers defects in our original agreed work after completion. Standard updates for any free WIX SOLUTIONS applications included with the website carry no additional application-update fee where released and compatible; paid third-party apps and ongoing maintenance are separate. Dynamic Language Courses CMS Included

Up to 5 initial course descriptions are configured on a dynamic Course Listing Page and individual Course Item Page. Each may describe teaching language, level, format, duration and intended learners, based on supplied facts.

Wix Bookings – Up to 8 Types Included

Up to 8 initial Wix Bookings classes, courses or appointment types may be configured with durations, tutor allocations, timetables, group capacity, fees and availability. CMS course information and live bookings are separate records.

Lessons, Packages & School Information

Up to 3 initial language lesson plans or course packages can be displayed and, where supported, configured through Wix Pricing Plans. Custom learning-credit, examination and progress management are excluded.

Online Payments / Deposits

Supported online tuition fees, class payments and deposits may be configured when eligible. The Client pays transaction fees and third-party charges, and sets its own lawful cancellation and refund policy.

Wix Blog Included

Wix Blog with its default dynamic Blog page is included for educational updates, announcements, articles and SEO-supporting content. An ongoing blog-writing subscription is not included.

Professional Content Writing Included

WIX SOLUTIONS professionally writes, edits and structures website copy from accurate factual information supplied and approved by the Client. Each website is individually adapted within the fixed Economy project scope.

SEO-Friendly Setup Included

Initial SEO setup includes page titles, meta descriptions, search-friendly URLs, heading structure, appropriate image alt text, internal links and available sitemap and indexing settings. No search ranking, traffic, enquiry, enrolment or booking result is guaranteed.

Online Purchase & Contract Acceptance

This is an online professional service, not a physical item or ready-made downloadable template. The full Product-Specific Service Agreement and applicable WIX SOLUTIONS general service terms must be accessible and affirmatively accepted at checkout before purchase. If the Client does not accept the agreement, they must not place an order. Read the Full Service Agreement before purchasing.

Project Commencement & Cancellation

The project will normally enter planning after full payment. Once project-specific work has begun, voluntary Client cancellation or change of mind does not entitle the Client to a refund, subject to remedies and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Full details appear in the Service Agreement.

Legal Policies & Sector Responsibilities

Basic Data Protection / Privacy and Cookie Policy content is included through a dynamic LEGAL Item Page using Client-supplied information. Tutor qualifications, teaching languages, course levels, learning outcomes and certificates must be accurately stated and approved by the Client. A bespoke learning-management system or qualification issuing system is not included. The Client must verify legal, safeguarding and statutory content as applicable.

Website Ownership, Co-Owner Access & Footer Credit

After completion and full payment, the Wix website is transferred to the Client's account at no additional ownership-transfer fee. Under this Economy service agreement, WIX SOLUTIONS remains an ongoing Wix Admin (Co-Owner), subject to applicable law and necessary security controls. The website footer retains a visible, working ‘Website Design by WIX SOLUTIONS’ link to www.wixsolutions.co.uk, as specified in the Agreement.

Wix Plan, Domain & Third-Party Costs

The Wix plan, domain, business email, paid apps, licences, payment-processing fees and other third-party subscriptions are paid separately by the Client and are not included in the £799 design price.

Additional Work

The following require a separate quotation: More than 5 course CMS items, 8 booking types or 3 plans; advanced LMS, automated certificates, exam platforms, custom class progression, site translation, extra pages or integrations.
