Communication throughout the Classic Website project is conducted online by email.

Design Selection

We initially provide 3 Home page mockups.

You select the design you prefer.

The selected design is then used as the basis for building the complete website.

Important – Revisions Are Not Included

The Classic Website is an economical, fixed-scope website package.

For this reason, design revisions and alteration rounds are not included within the £499 price.

The client selects one of the three Home page mockups provided at the beginning of the project.

Once the selected design has been approved and the website build has commenced, changes to the selected design, structure or project requirements are not included within the package price.

Any additional revisions, structural changes, additional services, additional projects, additional pages or other new requirements can be quoted separately.

To create your website, you simply provide us with the key information about your business.

We will add up to 30 images to your website gallery.

Ideally, these should be photographs of your own completed work supplied by you.

If you do not have enough suitable images available, we can use appropriate:

• AI-generated imagery

Where stock or AI imagery is used, it will be selected to support the presentation and visual style of the website.

At the beginning of the project, we prepare three Home page design mockups.

You choose your preferred design direction from these three options.

The selected mockup then becomes the visual foundation for the rest of the website.

The required Wix Premium or Business plan and domain are not included in the website design package and are purchased separately.

Additional custom development, advanced integrations, custom coding, additional services, additional projects, extra pages, substantial additional content or design changes can be quoted separately.

CLASSIC WEBSITE DESIGN FOR PAINTERS – PRODUCT TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT

• B2B SERVICE
  This service is supplied on a business-to-business basis only. By purchasing, the Client confirms that it is for business or professional use and that they have authority to enter into this Agreement.
• ACCEPTANCE, PAYMENT AND START
  By completing the online purchase, the Client accepts these Product-Specific Terms and the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS general terms. Full payment is required in advance. Work will normally start within 24 hours after cleared payment is received. Project start includes planning, mockups, content, CMS, SEO or website development. The 24-hour period refers to commencement, not completion.
• NO REFUND AFTER START
  This is an economical, fixed-scope and personalised website service. Once Client-specific work has started, payment is non-refundable if the Client changes their mind, cancels, stops responding or chooses another provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• DESIGN PROCESS AND REVISIONS
  WIX SOLUTIONS provides 3 Home page mockups. The Client selects 1, which becomes the design direction. Revision rounds are not included. After approval and development begins, redesigns, structural changes, extra pages, functionality or other work outside the package may be quoted separately.
• PACKAGE CONTENT
  The package may include Home, About, Services CMS, Projects/Portfolio CMS, Gallery, Blog, FAQ, Contact, contact form, Privacy/Data Protection page, Cookie Policy, cookie consent widget, content writing, initial SEO and responsive optimisation.

The package includes up to 6 services, up to 6 initial portfolio projects, up to 30 gallery images and 3 initial blog articles. Anything beyond the stated scope may be charged separately.

• CLIENT INFORMATION AND IMAGES
  The Client must provide accurate business, service, contact and project information and confirms permission to use supplied photos, logos and materials. If suitable images are not supplied, WIX SOLUTIONS may use licensed stock or AI-generated images for illustrative purposes. These will not knowingly be presented as genuine Client projects where misleading.
• CONTENT WRITING
  The Client does not need to supply finished website copy. WIX SOLUTIONS may create or edit headlines, About text, service and project descriptions, calls to action, FAQ, local-area content, blog content and SEO text from Client information. The Client remains responsible for factual accuracy.
• SEO
  Initial SEO may include titles, meta descriptions, URLs, headings, image alt text, internal linking, local/service/project SEO, blog SEO, sitemap and indexing. No ranking, traffic, enquiry, lead or sales result is guaranteed. Ongoing SEO is not included unless separately purchased.
• LEGAL CONTENT
  Where included, WIX SOLUTIONS may prepare Privacy/Data Protection and Cookie Policy content from Client information and the website setup. WIX SOLUTIONS is not acting as the Client’s legal adviser. The Client remains responsible for legal compliance.
• WIX PLAN, DOMAIN AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS
  Unless stated otherwise, Wix plan fees, domain costs, business email, paid apps, subscriptions and other third-party charges are not included and remain the Client’s responsibility.
• WEBSITE OWNERSHIP
  After completion and payment of the full project price and any approved additional charges, WIX SOLUTIONS will transfer ownership of the completed Wix website to the Client’s Wix account at no additional ownership or transfer charge. This product-specific arrangement overrides any different general WIX SOLUTIONS ownership provision for this service only.
• WIX SOLUTIONS DESIGNER CREDIT
  Ownership transfer at no additional charge is conditional on WIX SOLUTIONS remaining visibly credited as the website designer. The footer will include “Website Design by WIX SOLUTIONS” with a working link to https://www.wixsolutions.co.uk/.

The Client agrees not to remove, hide, disable or materially alter this credit or link without prior written agreement. The credit should remain while the website, or a substantially derived version, remains in use. Removal may be agreed separately and may be subject to a designer-credit removal/buyout fee.

• OWNERSHIP EXCLUSIONS
  Website ownership does not transfer ownership of Wix, third-party software, apps, stock content, licensed materials or other third-party intellectual property. WIX SOLUTIONS retains its pre-existing templates, reusable code, systems, methods and know-how.
• AFTER HANDOVER AND PORTFOLIO
  After transfer, the Client is responsible for changes made by the Client or any third party. Maintenance or updates are not included unless separately purchased. Unless agreed otherwise, WIX SOLUTIONS may show screenshots, links and non-confidential references to the completed website in its portfolio and marketing.
• COMMUNICATION AND THIRD PARTIES
  Communication is primarily by email. Meetings, calls and video consultations are not included unless separately agreed. Client delays may delay completion. WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for Wix or third-party outages, platform changes, discontinued apps or matters outside its reasonable control.
• GOVERNING LAW
  This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
• FINAL ACCEPTANCE
  By purchasing, the Client accepts full payment in advance, normal project start within 24 hours, no refund after work starts, the fixed-scope/no-revision model, package limits, separate Wix/domain costs, ownership transfer terms and the WIX SOLUTIONS designer credit and working footer link requirement.
