1. Introduction

These Terms govern the provision of SEO services by WIX SOLUTIONS. By purchasing this service, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply strictly on a B2B-only basis.

2. B2B-Only Basis

This service is supplied strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only. No consumer purchases are offered or accepted. By ordering and paying, the Client confirms that the purchase is made wholly or mainly in the course of trade, business, craft, or profession, not as a consumer, and solely for business purposes. If ordering on behalf of a business, the person placing the order confirms they have authority to bind that business. We may reject or cancel any order if we reasonably believe it is not genuinely B2B. Clients may be located in the UK or elsewhere, provided all purchases are strictly B2B.

3. Services Provided

The service includes professional SEO work under the ON-PAGE SEO | 100 HTML PER MONTH | 6-MONTH PLAN, including website optimisation, keyword research, content optimisation, competitor analysis, structured data such as JSON-LD, and up to 100 HTML SEO implementations per month, up to 600 HTML SEO implementations over 6 months. Services are delivered on a rolling basis. SEO results depend on many external factors outside our control, including algorithms, competition, technical conditions, website history, and Client actions or delays. No specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue are guaranteed.

4. Payment

The full service fee is £679, payable in full upfront via the website at the time of purchase. This is a one-time upfront payment for a fixed 6-month SEO contract. No subscriptions, instalments, staged payments, or recurring payments apply unless separately agreed by us in writing. No work begins until cleared payment is received.

5. Service Term

The contract term is 6 months from the date of purchase. After payment, the Client must provide all necessary access, information, approvals, and cooperation, including Wix admin access where required. Failure to provide access, approvals, content, or instructions does not pause, reduce, extend, or cancel the contract term.

6. No Cancellation, No Returns, No Refunds

This is a digital professional service supplied on a B2B-only basis. Once purchased, the order is final. No cancellation, no returns, and no refunds apply after purchase. This applies whether the Client changes their mind, no longer wishes to continue, delays the project, fails to provide access or materials, uses only part of the service, or does not use the service at all. Consumer cancellation rights and cooling-off rights do not apply. The Client acknowledges that the price reflects reserved business capacity, workflow allocation, scheduling, and immediate administrative and service preparation.

7. Acceptance of Terms Before Purchase

The Client must agree to these Terms before completing the purchase. Acceptance at checkout is mandatory. If the Client does not agree, they must not purchase the service. By ticking the acceptance box, completing checkout, and making payment, the Client confirms that they have read and understood these Terms, voluntarily enter into the contract, accept the no-cancellation, no-return, and no-refund terms, accept full upfront payment, and wish us to proceed. Electronic acceptance is sufficient evidence of agreement.

8. Voluntary Purchase

Purchase of this service is voluntary. The Client is under no obligation to buy and proceeds by their own free decision. By completing the purchase, the Client confirms that they do so knowingly, willingly, and after having had the opportunity to review the service description and these Terms.

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing all necessary cooperation, access, approvals, content, and instructions. The Client must provide Wix administrator access where required and monthly keywords where this forms part of the service process. Client-caused delays do not reduce the contract value, create refund rights, or extend the contract unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

10. Intellectual Property

All SEO work, technical implementations, optimisation structures, strategies, drafts, and service materials remain the intellectual property of WIX SOLUTIONS unless and until full service delivery is made, unless otherwise stated in writing. The Client is granted the right to use delivered work for the Client’s own business website purposes. Third-party tools, plugins, fonts, code libraries, and licensed materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and restrictions.

11. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee rankings, search positions, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or commercial outcomes. SEO performance depends on multiple external factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, revenue, opportunity, data, or reputation.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
