Ceny nie zawierają podatków, chyba że wskazano inaczej. Treści przekazywane przez Klienta muszą być zgodne z prawem oraz posiadać odpowiednie licencje lub prawa do wykorzystania. Działamy zgodnie z brytyjskimi przepisami dotyczącymi konsumentów, ochrony danych i reklamy. Warunki współpracy dostępne są na życzenie.
Wszystkie usługi i produkty cyfrowe WIX SOLUTIONS są oferowane wyłącznie Klientom Biznesowym działającym w ramach prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej, handlowej, zawodowej lub profesjonalnej.
Nie przyjmujemy zakupów od konsumentów. Składając zamówienie, Klient potwierdza, że dokonuje zakupu wyłącznie w modelu business-to-business (B2B).
WEBSITE DESIGN FOR BUILDERS
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT — WIX SOLUTIONS
1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SERVICE
This service is supplied on a business-to-business basis for builders, building contractors and residential renovation and construction businesses. By purchasing, the Client confirms that the service is for business or professional use and that the purchaser has authority to enter into this Agreement.
2. SERVICE TYPE AND PROJECT PRICE
This is a Classic Website Design Service with a standard Economy project price of £399. The scope and functionality are limited to the product description and these Product-Specific Terms.
3. ECONOMY PROJECT AND AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOW
This is a fixed-scope Economy website project. WIX SOLUTIONS may use professional and AI-assisted tools for research support, drafting, content structuring, design ideation and production efficiency. WIX SOLUTIONS remains responsible for professional assembly, editing, configuration and final project work within the agreed scope.
4. WEBSITE STRUCTURE
This service includes exactly 8 pages or page types. Included structure: Home — Static Page; Services — Dynamic CMS Listing Page; Service Details — Dynamic CMS Item Page; Projects — Dynamic CMS Listing Page; Project Details — Dynamic CMS Item Page; Blog — Wix Blog Default Dynamic Page; Contact — Static Page; Legal Policies — Dynamic LEGAL Item Page (Data Protection / Privacy and Cookie Policy records). Equivalent page names may be adjusted where appropriate without increasing the included scope.
5. WIX BLOG
Wix Blog and its default dynamic Blog page are included. The Client can use the Blog for industry news, advice, case studies, updates and SEO-supporting articles. Ongoing blog writing after handover is not included unless separately purchased or agreed.
6. INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC FEATURES
The project includes functionality and content appropriate to builders, building contractors and residential renovation and construction businesses, including the service-specific pages and features described on the product page.
7. CLASSIC WEBSITE SCOPE
This Classic Website does not include online booking, payment processing, paid plans, courses, memberships or ecommerce unless separately purchased or agreed. Enquiry forms and CMS-driven listings described on the product page remain included.
DYNAMIC SERVICES CMS
The services section is built with a dynamic CMS Listing Page and Dynamic Item Page. The package includes configuration of up to 5 initial services. Additional records may be added by the Client after handover or quoted separately if WIX SOLUTIONS is asked to add them.
8. CONTENT WRITING
Professional website content writing and editing are included based on accurate information supplied by the Client. The Client remains responsible for the truth, accuracy and legality of all factual business information, pricing, qualifications, professional claims, licences, testimonials and supplied materials.
9. DESIGN PROCESS
The package includes one initial online meeting. WIX SOLUTIONS may prepare up to three Home Page design concepts or mock-ups. The Client selects one direction. Ongoing project communication is primarily by email and WhatsApp messages.
10. REVISIONS
The package includes one round of minor revisions following completion. Major structural changes, redesigns, extra pages, new systems or substantial changes are additional work.
11. SEO
Initial SEO setup may include page titles, meta descriptions, search-friendly URLs, heading structure, image alt text, internal linking, sitemap and indexing settings. WIX SOLUTIONS does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, appointments, bookings, sales or revenue.
12. LEGAL, PROFESSIONAL AND REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY
Where included, WIX SOLUTIONS may prepare basic Data Protection / Privacy and Cookie policy content delivered through the site's dynamic LEGAL item page system based on Client information and website configuration. WIX SOLUTIONS is not acting as the Client's solicitor, accountant, clinician, medical adviser, veterinary adviser or regulatory adviser. The Client remains responsible for professional standards, regulated claims, patient or client information, advertising rules, licences, data protection and other legal or regulatory obligations applicable to the Client's own business.
13. WIX PLAN, DOMAIN AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS
The £399 project price does not include the Client's Wix plan, domain registration, business email, payment-processing charges, paid apps, paid plugins, licences or other third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise. These are paid by the Client separately.
14. ADDITIONAL WORK
Extra pages, additional databases, ecommerce, custom coding, advanced integrations, additional meetings, advanced SEO, substantial redesigns and other work outside the purchased scope may be quoted separately.
15. OWNERSHIP AND HANDOVER
After completion, full payment and payment of any approved additional charges, WIX SOLUTIONS will transfer ownership of the completed website to the Client's Wix account without an additional website-ownership or transfer fee. Third-party software, apps, licensed content and WIX SOLUTIONS' pre-existing reusable systems, methods, templates, know-how and code are not transferred as exclusive intellectual property.
16. AFTER HANDOVER
After handover, the Client is responsible for subscriptions, domain renewals, business information, blog content, pricing, booking settings where applicable, legal compliance and changes made by the Client or third parties unless a separate maintenance service is purchased.
17. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Because this is a personalised professional service, once Client-specific work has started, payment is non-refundable where the Client changes their mind, cancels, stops responding, changes business plans or chooses another provider, subject always to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply.
19. FINAL ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing this service, the Client confirms acceptance of the £399 Economy Classic Website package, the exact 8-page/page-type structure including Wix Blog, one initial meeting, three Home Page concepts, one minor revision round, separate Wix/domain/third-party costs, SEO limitations, ownership provisions and these Product-Specific Terms.
