WEBSITE DESIGN FOR CHURCH FUNDRAISING CONSULTANTS

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT

WIX SOLUTIONS

These Product-Specific Terms apply to the purchase of the Website Design for Church Fundraising Consultants service supplied by WIX SOLUTIONS.

These Terms operate together with the WIX SOLUTIONS Digital Services Terms & Conditions, All Services Agreement, Privacy Policy and other applicable general terms published on the WIX SOLUTIONS website.

Where these Product-Specific Terms expressly differ from the general WIX SOLUTIONS terms, these Product-Specific Terms shall take priority in relation to the Website Design for Church Fundraising Consultants service only.

1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SERVICE ONLY

This service is supplied strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.

It is intended for businesses and professional organisations including, without limitation:

• Church Fundraising Consultants

• Church Stewardship Consultants

• Capital Campaign Consultants

• Nonprofit Fundraising Consultants

• Faith-Based Organisation Consultants

• Church Development Consultants

• Annual Giving Consultants

• Philanthropy Consultants

• Stewardship Advisers

• Fundraising Strategy Consultants

• organisations providing professional fundraising or stewardship advisory services

By purchasing this service, the Client confirms that:

• they are acting wholly or mainly in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession;

• the website is being purchased for business or professional purposes;

• they are not purchasing as a consumer; and

• where they are purchasing on behalf of a company, organisation, church, consultancy or other legal entity, they have authority to enter into this Agreement on its behalf.

WIX SOLUTIONS does not accept consumer purchases for this service.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into electronically.

Before purchasing the service, the Client must be given access to these Product-Specific Terms and the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS General Service Terms.

By:

• ticking the required acceptance box at checkout; and

• completing payment,

the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

The completed online purchase constitutes acceptance of the contract.

No separate paper agreement is required unless WIX SOLUTIONS specifically requests one.

3. SERVICE PURCHASE PRICE

The standard project price for this service is:

£799

unless a different price is expressly displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

The Client must pay the full advertised project price in advance.

No work will commence until WIX SOLUTIONS has received cleared payment in full.

The purchase price covers only the features, quantities and services expressly described in:

• the product listing;

• this Product-Specific Agreement; and

• any additional written scope expressly agreed between WIX SOLUTIONS and the Client.

Wix Premium or Business plans, domain registration, business email services, paid applications, third-party subscriptions and other recurring external costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. PROJECT START

The project will normally enter production within 24 hours after full cleared payment has been received.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the project is considered to have started when WIX SOLUTIONS begins any project-specific work, including:

• reviewing Client information;

• analysing an existing Client website;

• planning the website structure;

• preparing design concepts;

• preparing Home page mockups;

• researching content;

• writing or editing website copy;

• selecting or preparing imagery;

• creating website layouts;

• creating CMS collections;

• creating dynamic pages;

• configuring Wix Bookings;

• configuring Wix Blog;

• setting up SEO;

• preparing accessibility settings;

• creating or editing service content;

• preparing project, study or testimonial content; or

• otherwise commencing work specifically for the Client.

The 24-hour period relates to commencement of work and does not mean that the complete website will be delivered within 24 hours.

5. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

This is an economical, fixed-scope and personalised professional website service.

Before the project starts

If the Client requests cancellation before WIX SOLUTIONS has commenced project-specific work, any refund will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS General Service Terms.

After the project starts

Once project-specific work has commenced, the project price is non-refundable where the Client:

• changes their mind;

• cancels the project;

• decides they no longer require a website;

• chooses another designer or agency;

• changes their business plans;

• does not provide the requested information;

• fails to continue communicating with WIX SOLUTIONS;

• delays the project indefinitely; or

• decides not to use the completed website.

The Client acknowledges that payment reserves WIX SOLUTIONS professional time and that substantial Client-specific work may begin shortly after payment.

Nothing in this clause excludes any liability, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

6. ECONOMICAL FIXED-SCOPE PROJECT

The Website Design for Church Fundraising Consultants service is an economical professional website package with a predefined scope.

It is not a contract for unlimited bespoke website development, unlimited consultations, unlimited design changes, unlimited content production or unlimited revisions.

The lower project price is made possible because:

• the project follows an established professional structure;

• the scope and included quantities are predefined;

• communication is primarily conducted online;

• the Client receives three initial Home page concepts;

• the Client selects one visual direction;

• one round of minor revisions is included; and

• additional work outside the agreed scope is separately chargeable.

7. WEBSITE PLATFORM

The website may be created using:

• Wix Studio; or

• Wix Professional Editor

depending on the project requirements, layout, functionality, responsive needs and WIX SOLUTIONS' professional assessment.

The Client acknowledges that WIX SOLUTIONS may determine which Wix environment is most appropriate for the purchased package.

The service does not include migration to a different platform after development has commenced unless separately agreed and paid for.

8. THREE HOME PAGE MOCKUPS

WIX SOLUTIONS will initially prepare 3 Home page design mockups or concepts.

The Client selects one of the three proposed designs.

The selected design becomes the visual direction for the complete website.

The three mockups are design concepts only and do not constitute three separate completed websites.

The Client must select one concept before the full website development proceeds.

9. INCLUDED REVISION ROUND

The standard package includes:

One round of minor revisions.

Minor revisions may include reasonable small changes such as:

• text corrections;

• replacement of supplied images;

• small spacing adjustments;

• minor colour adjustments;

• minor alignment corrections;

• minor content positioning changes; or

• other small amendments that do not materially alter the approved design.

The included revision round does not include:

• redesigning the website;

• replacing the selected design direction;

• changing the overall visual concept;

• creating additional pages;

• creating additional layouts;

• rebuilding CMS structures;

• introducing new functionality;

• changing platform;

• adding additional integrations;

• creating additional services, booking services, projects or studies beyond the included limits; or

• substantial restructuring after approval.

Such requests constitute additional work and may be quoted separately.

WIX SOLUTIONS will correct genuine errors made by WIX SOLUTIONS where the delivered website does not reasonably correspond with the agreed scope or information provided by the Client.

10. WEBSITE STRUCTURE

The website may include the following pages, sections or functions:

• Home Page

• About the Organisation

• Services

• Book a Consultation

• Campaign Services

• Studies

• Help Centre

• Testimonials

• Team

• Church / Organisation Stewardship Service Page

• Past Projects

• Blog

• Contact / Enquiry functionality

Some content may be created as standard pages and some may be created using Wix CMS and dynamic pages.

The precise final structure depends on the Client's information, business model and the selected design.

11. SERVICE PAGES – UP TO 8

The package includes creation and initial population of up to:

8 service entries or service pages.

Services may include, for example:

• Capital Campaign Consulting

• Annual Stewardship

• Feasibility Studies

• Major Gift Strategy

• Church Fundraising Strategy

• Congregational Giving

• Campaign Planning

• Stewardship Consulting

Where appropriate, service content may be created using Wix CMS and dynamic pages.

The Client must provide accurate factual information about the services actually offered.

WIX SOLUTIONS may rewrite, structure and professionally present that information as website copy.

Additional services beyond the included limit may be charged separately.

12. BOOKING SERVICES – UP TO 6

The package includes configuration of up to:

6 consultation or booking services

using Wix Bookings where appropriate.

The Client must provide the required information, including where relevant:

• consultation name;

• duration;

• price;

• availability;

• staff member;

• online or in-person format;

• location;

• booking instructions; and

• any relevant service information.

WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for the Client's future availability management, staff scheduling or appointment changes after handover.

13. STUDIES CMS – UP TO 8 ENTRIES

The package includes setup and initial population of up to:

8 Studies CMS entries.

These may include:

• feasibility studies;

• fundraising studies;

• stewardship studies;

• campaign analysis;

• case-based research;

• organisational studies; or

• other relevant professional content.

The Client must provide the underlying facts and professional information.

WIX SOLUTIONS may edit and structure that information for website presentation.

14. PAST PROJECTS CMS – UP TO 20 ENTRIES

The package includes setup and initial population of up to:

20 Past Projects entries.

The Client should provide relevant information which may include:

• project name;

• organisation or church;

• project type;

• location;

• services provided;

• campaign objective;

• project description;

• project outcome;

• photographs; and

• other authorised project information.

The Client confirms that they have the right to publish any project information supplied.

WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for verifying Client claims regarding fundraising totals, campaign outcomes or project results.

15. TESTIMONIALS

Where included, WIX SOLUTIONS may create a CMS-powered or standard testimonial section.

The Client must ensure that any testimonials supplied:

• are genuine;

• are used with appropriate permission where required;

• accurately reflect the person's or organisation's views; and

• are not misleading.

WIX SOLUTIONS may edit testimonials for spelling, grammar or layout provided the meaning is not materially changed.

16. TEAM CMS

The website may include a Team CMS section and dynamic Team pages.

The Client is responsible for supplying accurate:

• names;

• professional titles;

• biographies;

• photographs;

• qualifications; and

• role descriptions.

The Client confirms that they have permission to publish information and photographs concerning each team member.

17. PROFESSIONAL CONTENT WRITING INCLUDED

Basic professional website content writing and editing are included within the agreed package at no additional charge.

The Client does not need to prepare finished marketing copy.

The Client must, however, provide accurate factual information about their organisation, business, services, team, experience and activities.

Based on the supplied information, WIX SOLUTIONS may create or improve:

• headlines;

• marketing copy;

• Home Page text;

• About content;

• service descriptions;

• calls to action;

• booking descriptions;

• project descriptions;

• study descriptions;

• team biographies;

• FAQ / Help Centre content;

• contact content;

• supporting SEO copy; and

• other reasonable website text required for the agreed scope.

The purpose is to make the content more professional, clear, engaging and suitable for the Client's target audience.

18. EXISTING WEBSITE CONTENT

Where the Client already has an existing website, WIX SOLUTIONS may use publicly available content from that website as a:

• reference;

• factual source;

• content guide;

• structural guide; or

• starting point for rewritten website copy.

WIX SOLUTIONS may rewrite, shorten, improve, modernise or restructure such content.

The Client remains responsible for confirming that:

• the information remains accurate;

• the Client owns or is authorised to use the content; and

• no outdated or incorrect claims remain on the new website.

WIX SOLUTIONS is not required to reproduce existing website content word-for-word.

19. BLOG – UP TO 6 ARTICLES

The package includes preparation and initial publication of up to:

6 blog articles.

The subject matter will relate to the Client's professional field, for example:

• church fundraising;

• stewardship;

• annual giving;

• capital campaigns;

• nonprofit development;

• campaign planning;

• congregational engagement; or

• related professional topics.

The Client remains responsible for confirming the accuracy of any organisation-specific or professional claims.

Additional blog articles are not included unless separately purchased.

20. SEO SETUP

Basic professional initial SEO setup is included.

Depending on the website structure, this may include:

• SEO page titles;

• meta descriptions;

• search-friendly URLs;

• heading structure;

• image alt text;

• internal linking;

• service-page SEO;

• CMS SEO;

• blog SEO;

• Wix SEO configuration;

• sitemap configuration; and

• search-engine indexing settings.

SEO setup does not constitute an ongoing SEO campaign.

WIX SOLUTIONS does not guarantee:

• first-page Google rankings;

• any specific ranking position;

• website traffic;

• enquiries;

• leads;

• bookings;

• donations;

• contracts;

• campaign results; or

• any particular commercial result.

21. RESPONSIVE DESIGN

The website will be designed and optimised for:

• desktop;

• tablet; and

• mobile

within the normal capabilities of the selected Wix platform.

The Client acknowledges that websites may display slightly differently across:

• browsers;

• operating systems;

• screen sizes;

• mobile devices; and

• future browser versions.

WIX SOLUTIONS does not guarantee identical pixel-for-pixel appearance on every device.

22. ACCESSIBILITY

WIX SOLUTIONS will apply reasonable accessibility considerations appropriate to the package and Wix platform.

This may include, where appropriate:

• logical heading structures;

• readable typography;

• image alt text;

• reasonable contrast considerations;

• accessible navigation practices; and

• standard Wix accessibility settings.

The service does not constitute a legal accessibility audit, WCAG certification or accessibility compliance guarantee.

The Client remains responsible for determining whether any specific accessibility obligations apply to their organisation.

23. HELP CENTRE

Where included, the Help Centre may be created using Wix functionality, CMS functionality or standard website pages.

The Client must provide any organisation-specific procedures, policies, answers or guidance that must be factually accurate.

WIX SOLUTIONS may structure and rewrite the information for improved presentation.

24. CONTACT FORMS AND ENQUIRIES

The website may include contact or enquiry forms as described in the project package.

The Client is responsible for supplying the correct:

• email addresses;

• contact details;

• notification recipients; and

• information regarding how enquiries should be handled.

WIX SOLUTIONS does not guarantee successful delivery of every email or notification where delivery depends upon Wix, email providers, spam filters or other third-party systems.

25. WEBSITE POLICIES AND LEGAL CONTENT

Where included or required as part of the agreed website structure, WIX SOLUTIONS may assist with preparing website wording concerning:

• Privacy / Data Protection;

• Cookie information;

• website disclaimers;

• contact information; and

• other general website policy content.

Any such wording is prepared based on information supplied by the Client and the known website configuration.

WIX SOLUTIONS is providing website design and content services and is not acting as the Client's solicitor or regulated legal adviser.

The Client remains responsible for ensuring that its website, fundraising activities, consultation services and business practices comply with all laws, regulations and professional obligations applicable to its organisation.

26. FUNDRAISING AND PROFESSIONAL CLAIMS

WIX SOLUTIONS does not independently verify professional fundraising claims supplied by the Client.

The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of statements concerning:

• fundraising totals;

• campaign success;

• donation results;

• client outcomes;

• professional qualifications;

• years of experience;

• case studies;

• testimonials;

• church or organisation relationships;

• financial information; and

• other professional claims.

WIX SOLUTIONS may improve the wording and presentation of such claims but does not accept responsibility for inaccurate information supplied by the Client.

27. CLIENT INFORMATION AND COOPERATION

The Client must provide information reasonably required for the project, including where relevant:

• organisation name;

• business name;

• contact information;

• services;

• business background;

• target audience;

• professional experience;

• qualifications;

• team information;

• branding;

• logo;

• photographs;

• projects;

• studies;

• testimonials;

• booking information;

• social-media accounts;

• business policies; and

• other relevant project information.

The Client must provide accurate, lawful and up-to-date information.

Delays in providing information may delay completion.

28. CLIENT-SUPPLIED MATERIALS

The Client retains ownership of original materials supplied by them.

By supplying content, photographs, logos, videos, testimonials or other materials, the Client grants WIX SOLUTIONS permission to use, edit, resize, adapt and publish them as reasonably necessary to complete the website.

The Client confirms that they have the necessary rights, licences and permissions to provide those materials.

The Client is responsible for claims arising from materials supplied without appropriate permission.

29. STOCK AND AI-GENERATED IMAGES

Where appropriate, WIX SOLUTIONS may use:

• licensed stock imagery;

• AI-generated imagery; or

• other lawfully available visual assets

where the Client has not supplied sufficient suitable imagery.

Illustrative imagery will not knowingly be presented as genuine Client projects, genuine churches, genuine fundraising outcomes or genuine Client personnel where doing so would be misleading.

30. COMMUNICATION

Communication for this economical website package is conducted primarily by:

email

The package also includes:

one initial online meeting

to discuss the project, organisation, content and design direction.

Further meetings, telephone consultations, video calls or additional consultation sessions are not included unless separately agreed.

31. CLIENT DELAYS AND NON-RESPONSE

If the Client fails to provide required information, approvals or responses, the project may be delayed.

WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by Client delay.

Where the Client becomes unresponsive for a prolonged period, WIX SOLUTIONS may place the project on hold.

Resuming a project after a significant delay may be subject to scheduling availability and, where additional work is required because of the delay, additional charges.

32. ADDITIONAL WORK

Any work outside the agreed package may be quoted and charged separately.

Examples include:

• additional pages;

• additional services;

• additional CMS entries;

• additional booking services;

• additional projects;

• additional studies;

• additional blog articles;

• advanced SEO;

• advanced integrations;

• custom coding;

• Velo development;

• external API work;

• membership systems;

• ecommerce;

• multilingual functionality;

• redesign after approval;

• additional revision rounds; or

• ongoing website maintenance.

No additional work will be deemed included merely because it is technically possible within Wix.

33. WIX WEBSITE AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS

The Client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining any required:

• Wix Premium or Business plan;

• domain;

• professional email service;

• paid Wix application;

• third-party application;

• third-party subscription;

• booking-related service;

• payment-processing service; or

• other external service

unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.

WIX SOLUTIONS does not control future Wix pricing, third-party prices, platform functionality, terms, availability or service changes.

34. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The website depends upon Wix and may depend on other third-party providers.

WIX SOLUTIONS cannot guarantee uninterrupted future availability of third-party platforms, applications or functions.

WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for problems caused solely by:

• Wix outages;

• third-party outages;

• discontinued functionality;

• changes made by Wix;

• changes in external APIs;

• discontinued apps;

• future third-party subscription changes;

• browser changes; or

• matters outside WIX SOLUTIONS' reasonable control.

35. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP – SPECIAL TERM FOR THIS PRODUCT

Once:

• the Client has paid the complete project price;

• WIX SOLUTIONS has completed the agreed project; and

• all authorised additional work has been paid for,

WIX SOLUTIONS will transfer ownership of the completed Wix website to the Client's Wix account at no additional standard ownership-transfer charge.

The Client will become the Wix site owner and may operate and edit the completed website.

This special ownership arrangement applies specifically to the Website Design for Church Fundraising Consultants product.

36. WHAT WEBSITE OWNERSHIP DOES NOT INCLUDE

Transfer of the Wix website does not transfer ownership of:

• the Wix platform;

• Wix software;

• Wix applications;

• third-party applications;

• third-party software;

• externally licensed fonts;

• stock images owned by third parties;

• third-party intellectual property;

• WIX SOLUTIONS general templates;

• reusable code libraries;

• design systems;

• development methods;

• business processes;

• know-how; or

• other WIX SOLUTIONS pre-existing intellectual property.

Those items remain subject to their original ownership or licensing arrangements.

37. WIX SOLUTIONS DESIGNER CREDIT

The free website ownership-transfer arrangement is conditional upon the Client retaining the WIX SOLUTIONS designer credit on the website.

The website footer will contain a visible credit substantially in the following form:

with a working hyperlink to:

https://www.wixsolutions.co.uk/

The exact appearance may be adapted to suit the website design provided that the WIX SOLUTIONS name and link remain reasonably visible and functional.

38. DESIGNER CREDIT MUST REMAIN

The Client agrees that the WIX SOLUTIONS designer credit forms part of the commercial basis of this economical package and free ownership-transfer arrangement.

The Client agrees not to:

• remove the credit;

• conceal the credit;

• deliberately make it unreadable;

• disable the hyperlink;

• replace the link;

• alter the credit so that WIX SOLUTIONS is no longer identified as the website designer; or

• instruct another person to remove it

without prior written agreement from WIX SOLUTIONS.

The credit should remain while the website designed by WIX SOLUTIONS, or a substantially derived version of it, remains in use.

39. OPTIONAL REMOVAL OF DESIGNER CREDIT

If the Client wishes to remove the WIX SOLUTIONS designer credit after completion, the Client may contact WIX SOLUTIONS.

WIX SOLUTIONS may agree to removal subject to a separately agreed designer-credit removal or buyout fee.

Until such written agreement has been reached, the footer-credit obligation remains in force.

40. PORTFOLIO AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS

By purchasing this service, the Client agrees that WIX SOLUTIONS may display reasonable non-confidential elements of the completed project as examples of WIX SOLUTIONS' professional work.

This may include:

• screenshots;

• website links;

• project descriptions;

• business or organisation name;

• public website pages;

• design examples; and

• references to the completed website

within:

• the WIX SOLUTIONS website;

• portfolio;

• social media;

• case studies;

• promotional materials; and

• business presentations.

This portfolio permission forms part of the commercial basis of this package.

If a prospective Client does not agree to this portfolio use, they should not purchase this service unless alternative written terms have been expressly agreed with WIX SOLUTIONS before purchase.

WIX SOLUTIONS will not intentionally disclose confidential information that is not publicly available.

41. CLIENT CHANGES AFTER HANDOVER

After ownership transfer, the Client may manage and edit the website.

WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for faults, design changes, broken functionality or other issues caused after handover by:

• the Client;

• Client employees;

• another designer;

• another agency;

• another developer;

• installed applications;

• custom code;

• configuration changes; or

• other third parties.

Future maintenance, redesign, SEO, support or troubleshooting is not included unless separately purchased.

42. COMPLETION AND HANDOVER

The project will be regarded as complete when WIX SOLUTIONS has substantially completed the purchased scope.

Completion will be assessed against:

• the product description;

• the selected Home page concept;

• the agreed content quantities;

• this Product-Specific Agreement; and

• any additional written work expressly agreed.

A request for additional work does not prevent the original agreed project from being regarded as completed.

43. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS

WIX SOLUTIONS provides website design, development and content services.

WIX SOLUTIONS does not guarantee that the website will produce:

• fundraising clients;

• churches as clients;

• consultation bookings;

• increased income;

• enquiries;

• leads;

• donations;

• campaign success;

• increased traffic;

• specific Google rankings;

• commercial contracts; or

• any particular business outcome.

Commercial results depend on many factors outside WIX SOLUTIONS' control.

44. LIABILITY

The limitation-of-liability provisions contained within the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS General Service Terms continue to apply to this project.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under the laws of England and Wales.

45. FORCE MAJEURE / EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

WIX SOLUTIONS will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including where applicable:

• internet outages;

• hosting outages;

• Wix outages;

• serious illness;

• natural disasters;

• government restrictions;

• cyber incidents;

• utility failures;

• transport disruption; or

• failures of third-party platforms.

Where reasonably possible, WIX SOLUTIONS will continue or resume the project when the relevant circumstances permit.

46. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter or formation shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply.

This matches the legal structure already used in your existing Product-Specific Agreement.

47. RELATIONSHIP WITH GENERAL WIX SOLUTIONS TERMS

This Product-Specific Agreement must be read together with the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS:

• Digital Services Terms & Conditions;

• All Services Agreement;

• Privacy Policy;

• Cookie Policy; and

• other applicable website policies.

Those general terms continue to apply except where this Agreement expressly creates a different rule for the Website Design for Church Fundraising Consultants service.

Where there is an express conflict, these Product-Specific Terms take priority in relation to this specific product.

48. FINAL CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By ticking the acceptance box and purchasing the Website Design for Church Fundraising Consultants service, the Client expressly confirms that:

• the purchase is B2B only;

• the standard project price is £799 unless otherwise displayed;

• full payment is required before work starts;

• the project normally enters production within 24 hours after cleared payment;

• once Client-specific work has commenced, the project is non-refundable for Client cancellation or change of mind, subject to rights which cannot legally be excluded;

• the service is an economical fixed-scope professional website project;

• the website may be built using Wix Studio or Wix Professional Editor;

• 3 Home page mockups are included;

• the Client selects 1 design direction;

• 1 round of minor revisions is included;

• up to 8 service pages or service entries are included;

• up to 6 booking services are included;

• up to 8 Studies CMS entries are included;

• up to 20 Past Projects CMS entries are included;

• basic professional content writing is included;

• WIX SOLUTIONS may use the Client's existing website as a guide for preparing rewritten content;

• the Client is responsible for providing accurate factual information;

• basic SEO setup is included;

• responsive desktop, tablet and mobile optimisation is included;

• accessibility considerations are included but do not constitute certification;

• Wix plan, domain and third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise;

• additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately;

• the completed Wix website will be transferred to the Client as owner after completion and payment;

• the Client agrees to retain the visible WIX SOLUTIONS designer credit and working link in the website footer;

• the Client agrees that the completed website may be displayed in WIX SOLUTIONS' portfolio and promotional materials as described above; and

• these Product-Specific Terms and the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS General Service Terms together form the contract.

Purchase and electronic acceptance create a binding B2B service agreement.
