WEBSITE DESIGN FOR TRANSPORT

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT — WIX SOLUTIONS

1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SERVICE

This service is supplied on a business-to-business basis for car rental, car hire, van rental, van hire, bus rental, minibus hire and related vehicle-rental businesses. By purchasing, the Client confirms that the service is for business or professional use and that the purchaser has authority to enter into this Agreement.

2. SERVICE TYPE AND PROJECT PRICE

This is an Advanced Website Design Service with a standard Economy project price of £799. The Advanced Website includes the professional foundation of a Classic Website plus a vehicle-rental booking workflow, online payment or deposit setup where supported, custom CMS-driven vehicle listings and Wix Blog.

3. ECONOMY PROJECT AND AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOW

This is a fixed-scope Economy website project. WIX SOLUTIONS may use professional and AI-assisted tools for research support, drafting, content structuring, design ideation, image support and production efficiency. WIX SOLUTIONS remains responsible for professional assembly, editing, configuration and final project work within the agreed scope.

4. PROJECT START

Project-specific work normally begins after cleared payment and receipt of sufficient Client information, branding, vehicle data, pricing, rental rules, photographs and access required to proceed.

5. WEBSITE STRUCTURE

This service includes exactly 14 pages or page types: Home — Static Page; About Us — Static Page; Car Rental — Static Page; Van Rental — Static Page; Bus & Minibus Rental — Static Page; Fleet / Vehicles — Dynamic CMS Listing Page; Vehicle Details — Dynamic CMS Item Page; Book a Vehicle — Static Booking Page; Locations & Service Areas — Static Page; Frequently Asked Questions — Static Page; Contact — Static Page; Blog — Wix Blog Default Dynamic Page; Data Protection / Privacy Policy — Dynamic Legal Item Page; Cookie Policy — Dynamic Legal Item Page. Equivalent page names may be adjusted where appropriate without increasing the included scope.

6. CUSTOM VEHICLE LISTING CMS

The project includes a custom Wix CMS structure for vehicle listings and configuration of up to 20 initial vehicle records. Typical vehicle data may include vehicle name, category, images, seats, doors, transmission, fuel type, luggage capacity, headline price, key features, location, availability note and booking call to action. The Client is responsible for supplying accurate vehicle data, prices, specifications and photographs.

7. VEHICLE BOOKING SYSTEM

The website includes a practical vehicle booking or reservation workflow suitable for an Economy transport-rental website. The booking flow can collect the selected vehicle, pickup and return dates, pickup and return times, pickup location, customer contact details and relevant booking information. This package does not include a bespoke enterprise fleet-management platform, live telematics, automatic vehicle allocation, complex multi-branch inventory synchronisation or custom real-time fleet availability logic unless separately quoted.

8. ONLINE PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Online payment or deposit collection may be configured through an eligible Wix-supported payment solution or suitable supported third-party service selected by the Client. Payment-provider availability, account approval, identity checks, country eligibility, transaction fees, payout rules, chargebacks and processor terms are controlled by the relevant provider and remain the Client's responsibility.

9. WIX BLOG

Wix Blog and its default dynamic Blog page are included. The Client can use the Blog for transport news, travel guidance, rental information, fleet updates and SEO-supporting articles. Ongoing blog writing after handover is not included unless separately purchased or agreed.

10. WEBSITE FEATURES

The project includes responsive desktop, tablet and mobile design; professional navigation; transport-industry service pages; CMS-driven vehicle listings; dynamic vehicle detail pages; vehicle booking or reservation functionality; payment or deposit setup where supported; Wix Blog; contact and enquiry functionality; service-area presentation; cookie consent configuration; social links; and an SEO-friendly website structure.

BOOKING / RESERVATION SETUP

The project includes configuration of up to 8 initial rental booking / reservation service types where the selected Wix-supported booking workflow is appropriate. Inventory records remain separate from operational booking records.

11. CONTENT WRITING

Professional website content writing and editing are included based on factual information supplied by the Client. The Client remains responsible for the truth, accuracy and legality of vehicle information, prices, rental terms, availability, insurance statements, age restrictions, licence requirements, mileage rules, deposits, fuel rules, cancellation terms and all other business information.

12. CLIENT MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Client confirms that they have the right to use all supplied logos, vehicle photographs, text, testimonials, trademarks and other materials. WIX SOLUTIONS may use appropriately licensed stock or AI-generated imagery where suitable, but will not knowingly represent synthetic imagery as a genuine Client vehicle where that would be misleading.

13. DESIGN PROCESS

The package includes one initial online meeting. WIX SOLUTIONS may prepare up to three Home Page design concepts or mock-ups. The Client selects one direction, which forms the visual basis of the remaining website. Ongoing project communication is primarily by email and WhatsApp messages.

14. REVISIONS

The package includes one round of minor revisions following completion. Minor revisions may include small text corrections, minor layout adjustments or replacement of supplied images. Major structural changes, redesigns, extra pages, additional vehicle databases, new booking logic, new systems or substantial changes are additional work.

15. SEO

Initial SEO setup may include page titles, meta descriptions, search-friendly URLs, heading structure, image alt text, internal linking, sitemap and indexing settings. WIX SOLUTIONS does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, bookings, rentals, sales or revenue.

16. LEGAL AND REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY

Where included, WIX SOLUTIONS may prepare basic Data Protection / Privacy and Cookie policy content delivered through the site's dynamic LEGAL item page system based on Client information and website configuration. WIX SOLUTIONS is not acting as the Client's solicitor, insurance adviser or transport-regulation adviser. The Client remains responsible for all rental terms, insurance, driver eligibility, licence checks, deposits, damage rules, cancellations, consumer-law obligations, vehicle safety, operating licences and other legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the Client's business.

17. WIX PLAN, DOMAIN AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS

The £799 project price does not include the Client's Wix plan, domain registration, business email, payment-processing charges, paid apps, paid plugins, rental software subscriptions, licences or other third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise. These are paid by the Client separately.

18. ECOMMERCE SCOPE

This Advanced Website includes rental booking and payment or deposit functionality. A full ecommerce product catalogue and retail shopping-cart store are not included unless an Advanced + Ecommerce project is separately purchased or agreed in writing.

19. ADDITIONAL WORK

More than 20 initial vehicle records, additional dynamic collections, complex vehicle-availability logic, multi-location inventory synchronisation, custom fleet-management systems, advanced integrations, extra pages, additional meetings, custom coding, advanced SEO or substantial redesigns are additional work and may be quoted separately.

20. OWNERSHIP AND HANDOVER

After completion, full payment and payment of any approved additional charges, WIX SOLUTIONS will transfer ownership of the completed website to the Client's Wix account without an additional website-ownership or transfer fee. Third-party software, apps, licensed content and WIX SOLUTIONS' pre-existing reusable systems, methods, templates, know-how and code are not transferred as exclusive intellectual property.

21. DESIGNER CREDIT

Where required by the applicable WIX SOLUTIONS general terms or product listing, the website may include a visible Website Design by WIX SOLUTIONS credit and link. Any removal or buyout arrangement must be agreed separately in writing.

22. AFTER HANDOVER

After handover, the Client is responsible for ongoing subscriptions, domain renewals, payment-provider accounts, rental prices, vehicle availability, booking rules, vehicle records, blog content, business information, legal compliance and changes made by the Client or third parties unless a separate maintenance service is purchased.

23. PORTFOLIO USE

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WIX SOLUTIONS may display screenshots, links and non-confidential references to completed work in its portfolio, marketing and professional materials.

24. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

WIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for platform outages, discontinued applications, payment-provider decisions, third-party booking-service failures or changes outside its reasonable control. Additional work caused by later third-party changes may be separately chargeable.

25. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Because this is a personalised professional service, once Client-specific work has started, payment is non-refundable where the Client changes their mind, cancels, stops responding, changes business plans or chooses another provider, subject always to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply.

27. FINAL ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing this service, the Client confirms acceptance of the £799 Advanced Website package, exact 14-page/page-type structure including Wix Blog, custom vehicle CMS, up to 20 initial vehicle records, rental booking workflow, payment or deposit setup where supported, one initial meeting, three Home Page concepts, one minor revision round, separate Wix/domain/third-party costs, SEO limitations, ownership provisions and these Product-Specific Terms.

DYNAMIC RENTAL SERVICES CMS

A Dynamic Rental Services Listing Page and Dynamic Service Details Item Page are included with up to 5 initial rental service records.

DYNAMIC LEGAL POLICIES

Data Protection / Privacy and Cookie Policy content is delivered through the site's dynamic LEGAL item page system.
